-Part1- Talking about macOS Catalina
For the past few days, I have been immersed in setting up macOS Catalina (Catalina) 10.15, and the installation and settings of macOS Catalina were completed in one day.In my case, I would never upgrade directly, but always do a clean install even if it is troublesome. This is the answer to all my past experiences from Mac OS X to macOS, and it can be completed from macOS without any failures or problems.
However, there is a reason why I am still engrossed in the setup work.
Actually, I deleted all the data from Time Machine.
I didn't know that there was a problem with macOS Catalina's Time Machine (without checking the information), and it was fine until I migrated the necessary data from the backup data, but I assumed that everything would be fine and erased the Time Machine data.
An error occurs and I get anxious...
I no longer have a backup of macOS 10.14 Mojave and can't go back to macOS Mojave!
Actually, after I migrated to macOS 10.14 Mojave's Time Machine and made a backup, I was notified of a problem and was unable to infiltrate Time Machine.
When I checked the file extension, it was always '.sparsebundle', but this time it was '.backupbundle'.
I have no choice but to search

When I looked at the file, there was a twist that I could check the contents by changing the file extension from '.backupbundle' to '.sparsebundle', so I ran it and was able to see it, so I extracted the most important data from there and I'm worried about using it as is. That's why I tried to clean Time Machine once, and my naive speculation and actions went in the wrong direction.
Rather than regret it, I can't feel at ease if I don't back up the data I need, so I tried every possible method based on my knowledge, but I couldn't back it up using Time Machine, and in the end I ended up using Apple's Waiting for update.
Even if there are no problems at the moment, I have experienced sudden accidents, so I can't concentrate on my handicraft work! !
Hurry up and update before the typhoon hits!
