A Decade-Long Challenge: Finally at the Starting Line with Joomla!

We are finally ready to deliver the entire site in a satisfactory form. Looking back, it has truly been a long journey since we completely broke away from WordPress and started the new challenge of building our site with "Joomla!"
The Arduous Battle with Joomla!
Our relationship with Joomla! began with the 2.x series. However, before we could solidify the basics, we were forced to migrate to 3.x, and from there, it became a daily battle against bugs. During this time, the option of returning to WordPress was completely out of the question, and we didn't have the energy to manually code everything in HTML either. We chose to press forward, believing we had no choice but to "see it through with Joomla!"
The template issue was particularly challenging.
I can't count how many times I became frustrated with the sheer number of bugs in the paid template we were using with the 4.x series. Determined that we couldn't progress this way, we made the decision to switch to another paid template, and the bugs miraculously disappeared! It was a moment where exhaustion and relief washed over me simultaneously, making me wonder, "What was all that struggle for?"
After migrating to the 5.x series, we started focusing on SEO measures, but then faced a new obstacle: URL settings became completely messed up due to a bug in Joomla! itself. This forced us into the painstaking process of manually correcting every single URL. However, this persistence eventually bore fruit.
A Starting Line Ten Years in the Making
Finally, upon migrating to Joomla! 6, even that troublesome URL setting bug was resolved!
"If I can't build a website with Joomla!, I'll just give up on doing business on the internet altogether"—it was with this resolve that we struggled for over a decade. After that long battle, I now truly feel that, with Joomla! 6, we have finally been able to publish a decent overall site.
The current site now has all the elements we sought in a "satisfactory state," including multilingual support, responsive design, advanced search functionality, and smooth display of images and videos.
