Pitfalls of Joomla! Multilingual Settings and the Current State of SEO (3)

| Alaudae.JP

Thank you for your continued support of Alaudae.JP in 2025.
I had some free time, so I'd like to continue with the SEO and Google Search Console measu

All the on-site measures were completed in 2024, and all that remains is to reduce the number of unnecessary URL pages. With each data update, the number has been steadily decreasing by 200 pages.
The measures that I worked on for about 9 months last year have started to take effect in 2025. With the February 1st data update on Google Search Console, we finally got below 8,000 unnecessary URL pages.
Considering that the number decreased by 2,000 pages in 3 months from about 10,000 pages in early November 2024, it will take almost a year to complete.

That can't be helped, but my biggest concern is when the "URL pages that were temporarily removed from Google search results due to the huge number of unnecessary pages on the site" will be restored and displayed in Google search results.
The explanation says that URL pages that were requested to be temporarily removed will not be displayed for 6 months, but they still haven't appeared in Google search even though it's about time they should be.
By the way, other search engines are displaying them without any problems.

I think you can probably understand why only Google is not displaying them if you read the previous and previous articles, but this is due to my own page setting mistakes and problems with Joomla!'s multilingual settings. I have fixed the page setting mistakes, but the problems with Joomla!'s multilingual settings have not yet been resolved, and I am using a part of it that I have modified myself.
I think the latest version of Joomla! should have fixed this by now, but since this symptom has been going on for a long time, it is unclear whether the problem will be resolved.

However, I was able to understand, take measures, and organize the unnecessary URL pages to some extent thanks to Google Search Console, so it can't be helped.
In any case, this means that I need to log in to Google Search Console every day for about another year, even if it's a hassle.
