Forget-me-not

| Alaudae.JP

Lately, I've been having trouble forgetting things at a high rate.

I can't remember what happened a few minutes ago, and the more I try to remember, the more I get confused.
But it's strange because when I give up on remembering, or even forget, I suddenly remember.

I don't know when it started, but it may have become more common after I turned 50, or even 40.
The problem with forgetting things is that it's extremely painful when you can't remember something in an emergency.
If I'm in front of a computer, I can search and look for something to get rid of the pain, but it's painful when I forget how to knit something when I'm doing a craft and have to knit it again to remember...

But I feel happy when I remember it.
Do you unconsciously forget things in your brain to remind yourself of some kind of pleasure?

It would be convenient if I could delete and restore it at my own convenience.
Ah, if that happens, I won't be human anymore...

The forget-me-not plant in the image is native to Europe, and small blue flowers bloom in clusters at the tips of the stems in spring and summer.
I might have to remind myself not to forget...
