Reflecting on Alaudae.JP Site Operations in the Second Half of 2024

There are only a few days left in 2024. Time flies and half of the year has passed, with only one month left.

This time, I would like to look back on the achievements and challenges of the operation of the Alaudae.JP site, which we have been working hard on in the second half of 2024.

Alaudae.JP
We focused on enriching existing content and incorporating more images and videos into Alaudae.JP.
While we aimed to provide a wider range of information, we didn't quite achieve the results we had hoped for.
The use of images and videos also fell short, making some information difficult to understand. Though we simplified the design, it seems this was more of a personal preference than a universally better choice.

Store.Alaudae.JP
For our e-commerce site, Store.Alaudae.JP, we worked on expanding the content and exploring different ways to deliver original content.
Original content is now being released as soon as it's finished, and to make it more accessible, we've decided to offer it for free rather than limiting it to paid members. Creating original content has been challenging, but by adopting a strategy of releasing each completed page individually, we've been able to make steady progress.

Dea.Alaudae.JP
On Dea.Alaudae.JP, the Country Sisters' video site, we've added non-official videos to complement the official YouTube videos and updated the list of the latest CDs.
By switching to a new rental server, we've significantly improved the loading speed of video-related pages.

Overall
Except for Alaudae.JP, I believe we've achieved the goals we set for Store.Alaudae.JP and Dea.Alaudae.JP in the second half of 2024.
In particular, migrating to a new rental server has elevated all our sites to a new level. Additionally, switching from Jooml!5.x to Yootheme PRO for page building has not only improved our sites but also enhanced my skills.

However, we've also encountered challenges in determining the best way to deliver videos.
Nevertheless, this has undoubtedly been the most fulfilling year since we started operations.

Looking Ahead
In 2025, we aim to further develop Alaudae.JP by enriching our content and optimizing video delivery.
We will also expand the original content on Store.Alaudae.JP. For Dea.Alaudae.JP, we'll continue to enhance the Country Sisters' video content and strive to create a site that our fans will enjoy.
