TV that loses curiosity

Do you all watch TV every day?

For the past few years, I've only watched the morning, afternoon and night news and the weather forecast, and never watched anything else.
You may think it's because I'm only on the Internet, but if you watch similar content every day without originality, you'll get allergic to TV.
However, the news is not interesting because of political issues or gossip, it's only dark topics, there are too few bright topics and it makes me sick to watch.
